Mortimers was set up in 1988 in Remuera, Auckland, by owner Sue Mortimer. Sue learned her passion and love of the recycle clothing trade in the UK at the original Mortimers, which was established by Sue and her mother. After marrying a Kiwi and moving to Auckland, Sue decided Remuera would be the ideal location to set up a New Zealand based Mortimers and continue involvement in the business she loved in the UK.

Mortimers is located just 10 minutes drive from Aucklands CBD in Remuera Mall. Parking is easy - there is plenty of free 2 hour car parking directly beneath the shop.
